As a part of the celebrations, the students tied sacred thread of Rakhi to the Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha and exchanged greetings. The Lieutenant Governor called upon the students to carry forward the true spirit of Raksha Bandhan.He encouraged the young minds to spread the message of peace, love, unity and harmony.
