Jammu, July 1 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, July 01 (KNS): Former Jammu and Kashmir Sadr-e-Riyasat Dr Karan Singh described Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha as "very active" and said the elected government should focus on sectors such as education, health and environment that are within its domain. Speaking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) on the sidelines of a function, Singh said the Lieutenant Governor was "going everywhere and meeting people", while adding that the elected government still had important responsibilities despite the existing administrative arrangement.
