Jammu, Aug. 18 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Aug 18 (KNS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday chaired the 81st meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir Rajya Sainik Board here, emphasising the need for strengthened welfare delivery and timely grievance redressal for the armed forces community. The meeting, held at Lok Bhavan, was attended by senior civil and military officials including Northern Command GOC-in-C Lt Gen Pratik Sharma, Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, and Director Sainik Welfare Brig Pankaj Chib (Retd), among others.
