Srinagar, April 2 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha directed a thorough and impartial magisterial inquiry into the encounter at Arhama in Ganderbal district, which led to the death of Raashid Ahmad Mughal. In a tweet, Sinha said the inquiry "will examine all aspects related to the incident and ensure that justice is served."
