Jammu, April 19 -- Srinagar, April 19 (KNS) Mudasir Karim, Youth President of Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Conference, today issued a sharp and uncompromising statement on Muharram preparedness in Kashmir, questioning the growing culture of "meetings without movement" within the administration.

In a strongly worded message, Karim said that what is being projected as governance has increasingly been reduced to routine photo opportunities.
