SRINAGAR, May 14 -- Legislators Nazir Ahmad Khan and Javid Hassan Baig called on Minister Javed Ahmed Rana at Civil Secretariat here and expressed their gratitude for the creation of new divisions and sub-divisions in the Jal Shakti Department under the recent cadre review and reorganisation approved by the government led by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.

The legislators appreciated the government for addressing long-pending demands of the people living in remote and far-flung areas and termed the decision a significant step towards strengthening public service delivery and administrative accessibility.
