Jammu, Oct. 6 -- Share Tweet Share Kupwara, Oct 6 (KNS): Police Station Sogam in Kupwara district has recovered six stolen mobile phones through the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal, officials said on Tuesday. The devices were traced and recovered by a police team through the portal and, after due verification, handed over to their respective rightful owners, police said.
