Kupwara, April 1 -- District Kupwara has been conferred the Best District Award for its outstanding performance in youth services and sports, officials said on Tuesday.

The award was received by Activity Incharge DYSSO Kupwara, Mohd Amin Lone, at a function where Director General Youth Services and Sports, Anuradha Gupta, presented the honour.
