Jammu, July 31 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, July 31 (KNS): The Kashmir Construction Workers' Union (KCWU), a unit of the Construction Workers' Federation of India (CWFI) affiliated with the Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU), Jammu and Kashmir, has strongly condemned the terror attack at Kilam in Kulgam on Friday night.
