Jammu, Oct. 25 -- Share Tweet Share Asif Malik Srinagar, Oct 25 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government plans to set up a dedicated organising committee for the Kashmir Marathon and step up its promotion in India and abroad, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's Advisor Nasir Aslam Wani said, as the event recorded higher participation this year than in previous editions. Speaking to news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), Wani said the government would focus on improving the marathon's organisation and scheduling to attract more runners, including international participants.
