Jammu, Oct. 10 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 10 (KNS): Kashmir-based dermatologist and hair transplant surgeon Dr Mir Shahnawaz has been honoured with the REACH Research Award in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for his research comparing an exosome-containing formulation with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of male pattern baldness. According to a statement issued on Saturday, Dr Shahnawaz became the first Indian recipient of the award, presented under the REACH Research Awards for Regenerative Hair Restoration and Regenerative Aesthetics.
