Jammu, July 3 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 3 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch, Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against the owner of an education consultancy for allegedly cheating several job seekers by promising employment in Bahrain and providing forged documents after collecting lakhs of rupees from them, officials said on Friday. The chargesheet was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, in connection with FIR No. 67/2021 registered under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) against Fayaz Ahmad Zarger, a resident of Qutub Din Pora in Srinagar.
