Jammu, April 19 -- Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Tariq Hameed Karra on Sunday addressed a bike and car rally from Kullian to Rameshwar Dham in RS Pura and raised concerns over the Centre's policies on women's reservation and statehood.
Addressing the gathering, Karra said the developments related to the Women's Reservation Bill show a lack of political will. He questioned the delay in implementing the bill after its passage in Parliament in 2023. He also opposed any move to carry out delimitation without a census and said such steps create confusion.
