The election was organised by the association's Election Cell and monitored by the Bar Association Kupwara to ensure a transparent and democratic process. The election was held under the observation of Bar Association Kupwara president Advocate Shabir Ahmad Bhat, general secretary Advocate Waseem Sajad and advisor Advocate Aijaz Ahmad Reshi.
