JKCA president suspended after Apex Council passes resolution by 8-0 majority
Jammu, June 26 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, June 26 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has suspended its president, Javid Ahmed Kitab, with immediate effect after the Apex Council approved a resolution by an 8-0 majority through circulation, according to an official notification. The notification said the resolution was circulated among eligible members of the Apex Council under Rule 23(i) of the JKCA Constitution. Since the matter pertained to the conduct and suspension of the president, the resolution was not circulated to Kitab. Instead, it was sent to the remaining nine members of the Apex Council.
