Jammu, June 25 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jun 25 (KNS): The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir will get its first National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) at Awantipora in Pulwama district, Lt Governor Manoj Sinha announced on Thursday. LG Sinha in a post on X as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya for clearing the project, which he said would serve as a premier national facility for High Altitude Sports and various athletic competitions.
