Jammu, April 24 -- In a late-night initiative to steer youth away from substance abuse, the Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (YSS) J&K organised a floodlit friendly football match at Parade Ground here as part of the Union Territory administration's 100-day 'Nasha Mukt J&K' campaign.
Two local clubs-Warrior Club and Spartan Club-locked horns in a competitive contest that saw Warrior Club seal a 2-0 win. Officials, however, said the result took a backseat to the larger message of healthy sporting engagement.
