Jammu, Sept. 22 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 22 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the placement of 21 Junior Scale probationers of the 2025 batch of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) at the disposal of various Administrative Departments for further posting. The order stipulates that it shall be ensured these officers are posted outside their home districts. However, this condition shall not apply to officers appointed to the JKAS on the basis of being residents of Backward Areas or areas adjoining the Line of Actual Control, who shall be posted in their respective areas in terms of sub-section 2 of Section 3 of the J&K Reservation Act, 2004.
