Jammu, July 7 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Jul 7 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education Department on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of 23 doctors across the Union Territory with immediate effect, citing administrative exigencies and the need to improve patient care services. The order, issued by Commissioner/Secretary M. Raju, IAS, under Government Order No. 533-JK(HME) of 2026 accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), affects key medical positions in both the Jammu and Srinagar divisions, including Chief Medical Officers, Block Medical Officers, and senior hospital superintendents.
