Jammu, Sept. 7 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 7 (KNS): The Directorate of Colleges of Jammu and Kashmir Higher Education Department on Monday launched a mobile application to enable college students to lodge grievances and receive official information directly on their smartphones. Director Colleges Dr Sheikh Ajaz Bashir released the JK_SIGMA (Students Integrated Grievance and Messaging Application), which has been developed in-house by the Directorate of Colleges.
