Jammu, Sept. 20 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 20 (KNS) The Autumn Session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will commence here on Monday, with the House set to take up a report on alleged irregularities in the Jal Jeevan Mission and a Bill to amend the Cooperative Societies Act, alongside paying tributes to three former ministers. Official sources said the Speaker will make obituary references on the demise of Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Dharam Paul and Ghulam Hassan Khan, all former ministers, at the start of the proceedings.
