Jammu, Sept. 10 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 10 (KNS): The Jal Shakti Department of Jammu and Kashmir has finalised its Comprehensive Implementation and Reform Plan (CIRP) under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) 2.0, aimed at strengthening rural drinking water infrastructure and service delivery in the Union Territory. The plan provides a time-bound operational framework for implementation of JJM 2.0, covering scheme-wise completion timelines, financial allocations, reform commitments and governance milestones, officials said.
