SRINAGAR, April 27 -- Intensifying the war against substance abuse, the IRP 21 Battalion has launched a major offensive under the 'Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan' in the twin districts of Baramulla and Bandipora, officials said on Sunday.
The high-stakes drive is part of the Union Territory's ongoing 100-day public welfare blitzkrieg, being steered personally by Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha to pull the youth back from the brink of destruction, they added.
