JAMMU, Feb. 26 -- The Jammu & Kashmir government has appointed Inam Ul Haq Siddiqui, a former senior KAS officer, as the Ombudsman with a mandate to oversee grievance redressal in the key districts of Srinagar and Ganderbal, which include the Hon'ble Chief Minister's constituency.
