Jammu, Oct. 30 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): With temperatures declining across Kashmir, the government on Friday directed the Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) to strengthen heating arrangements, maintain adequate food stocks and ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines at the Animal Birth Control (ABC) facility in Tengpora. Commissioner Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, Mandeep Kaur issued the directions during an inspection of the facility, where she reviewed its functioning, infrastructure and arrangements for the care of animals housed there.
