Anantnag, April 15 -- Police in South Kashmir's Bijbehara have attached four residential houses belonging to individuals allegedly involved in a narcotics case registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, officials said on Tuesday.
Officials said the action was taken in connection with FIR No. 50/2021 under sections 8/20-29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bijbehara.
The attached properties include a double-storey house valued at approximately Rs 1 crore owned by Rayees Ahmed Dar, son of Ghulam Nabi Dar, a resident of Tulkhan Bijbehara. Another single-storey house worth around Rs 30 lakh belongs to Sabzar Ahmad Dar, son of Mohammad Rajab Dar of the same locality.
