Five chargesheeted for allegedly forging appointment, transfer orders in J&K Education Department
Jammu, Sept. 2 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, September 2(KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a charge sheet against five persons for allegedly forging appointment, transfer and relieving orders in the Education Department, officials said. The charge sheet was filed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budgam, in connection with FIR No. 36/2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120-B of the RPC.
