Jammu, July 3 -- Share Tweet Share Anantnag, Jul 3 (KNS): The Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra-2026 was formally flagged off along the Pahalgam Axis in the early hours on Friday, with Deputy Commissioner Anantnag Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat and Senior Superintendent of Police Amod Ashok Nagpure jointly giving the green signal to the first batch of pilgrims from the Nunwan Base Camp in Pahalgam. Senior officials, including Camp Director Atul Kumar, SDM Pahalgam, and other district administration and police officers, were present during the flag-off ceremony, official sources said.
