Jammu, Nov. 4 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Nov 4 (KNS) : The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch Jammu and Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against a Pulwama resident in connection with an alleged Rs 35 lakh cheque fraud case, officials said on Wednesday. The chargesheet has been filed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Pulwama, in connection with FIR No. 44/2026 registered under Sections 318(2), 336(3) and 340 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
