Jammu, Sept. 1 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sept 1 (KNS) The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch, Jammu and Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against a man and a deceased former patwari in an alleged land grabbing and forgery case, officials said on Tuesday. The chargesheet was filed before the court of the Sub-Judge, Srinagar, in FIR No. 08/2016 registered under Sections 420/511, 167, 471 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC), they said. The accused has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, son of Ghulam Ahmad Malik, a resident of Barapather, Haft Chinar, Srinagar. The then patwari named in the case is now deceased, officials said.
