Jammu, Oct. 1 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 01 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against a Pulwama resident for allegedly forging the signature of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir on a fake official letter addressed to the Anantnag police chief, officials said on Thursday. The accused has been identified as Saqlain Mushtaq Dar, son of Mushtaq Ahmad Dar, a resident of Deeri in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, they said. According to officials, the chargesheet was presented before the Court of Sub-Judge, Srinagar, in case FIR No. 29/2026 registered under Sections 204, 319(2), 336(2) and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
