Srinagar, May 22 -- Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party president Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari on Friday urged the administration to ensure adequate stock and uninterrupted supply of essential commodities ahead of Eid-ul-Adha.

In a post on X, Altaf Bukhari said people should not face any shortage of basic necessities, including LPG, petrol, food items and other essential supplies during the upcoming festival.

The Apni Party chief also asked authorities to remain vigilant against any attempt to create artificial shortages, black marketing or profiteering, asserting that people must be able to observe the occasion with peace and ease. (KNS)
