Drinking water shortage hits several villages in Mawer, residents seek immediate action
Jammu, Sept. 10 -- Share Tweet Share Raja Akbar Kupwara, Sep 10 (KNS): Residents of several villages in Mawer area of Qalamabad tehsil in north Kashmir's Kupwara district have expressed concern over an acute shortage of drinking water and urged the Jal Shakti Department to restore regular supply. Residents of Audoora, Warpura, Dungsa, Chak Audoora and Umarabad Lam Audoora, among other areas, said they have been facing difficulties in meeting their daily water requirements for the past week.
