Srinagar, April 1 -- In a significant show of the Union Territory administration's commitment to preserving Sufi heritage, Chairperson of the Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board and Minister of State, Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, on Tuesday paid obeisance at the revered Bara Sadaat Shrine in Teilbal, Srinagar, on the occasion of the annual Urs.
