Jammu, June 17 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, June 17 (KNS): Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Maqsood-ul-Zaman on Wednesday conducted an on-ground assessment of security arrangements and infrastructure preparedness along the Baltal axis for the forthcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, officials said. The DIG, designated as the overall supervisory officer for security arrangements on the Baltal route, inspected Baltal, Domail and Sonamarg to review measures put in place for the annual pilgrimage.
