Jammu, June 19 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jun 19 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat on Friday flagged off 45 Mountain Rescue Teams (MRTs) for deployment along the Pahalgam and Baltal routes for the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY)-2026, officials said. The flag-off ceremony was held at the SDRF 1st Battalion premises here. The multi-agency teams comprise personnel from the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police (JKAP), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), they said.
