Jammu, April 6 -- Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo on Monday visited Abhinandan Home Solina, Kashmir's oldest institution for specially abled children and inspected the progress of infrastructure upgradation works on Rs 9.90 crore project for construction of new state of the art school building complex for Specially Abled Children, particularly those grappling with hearing & speaking challenges, being constructed by R&B Department.
