Jammu, Nov. 1 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Nov 01 (KNS) : The annual Darbar Move convoy, carrying government employees, official records, files and other Secretariat material, crossed Ramban district on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) on Sunday morning amid tight security arrangements. An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) the convoy is moving from Srinagar to Jammu as part of the traditional seasonal relocation of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Secretariat to the winter capital ahead of the onset of the winter season.
