NEW DELHI, May 27 -- Cyber criminals are increasingly targeting job aspirants by creating fake recruitment processes, including fictitious interviews and suspicious verification requests, the government has warned.

In an advisory issued on Wednesday accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), authorities said scammers design entire fake hiring journeys, compelling candidates to complete unusual verification steps or share sensitive personal information under the pretext of recruitment.
