Jammu, July 8 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 8 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch Jammu and Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against a former Patwari, presently serving as a Naib Tehsildar, for allegedly manipulating revenue records to fraudulently claim ownership of ancestral land in Kupwara district, officials said. An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), the chargesheet was submitted before the Court of Sub-Judge/Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kupwara, in FIR No. 33/2021 registered under Sections 167, 417, 466 and 468 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).
