New Delhi, April 7 -- The government of India (GOI) has decided to double the daily allocation of 5-kg Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinders for migrant labourers in each state based on demand, Petroleum Secretary Dr Neeraj Mittal announced on Tuesday.
