Jammu, Sept. 15 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sept 15 (KNS) : CCIK, has expressed serious concern over the alleged landfilling and encroachment of Brari Nambal, stressing that partial demolition alone cannot be allowed to become an "eye wash." landfilling had allegedly continued for nearly 15 days, raising serious questions about who brought the material, who carried out the filling and how the activity was allowed to continue without timely intervention. "The PEOPLE responsible must be identified, the entire filling removed and the waterbody restored at an earliest calling for a proper investigation into the violation.
