Jammu, July 25 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 25 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch, Jammu and Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet against a man from north Kashmir's Pattan in connection with an alleged overseas job fraud in which a complainant was lured with the promise of a high-paying job in Cambodia but was allegedly forced into online scamming activities after reaching the country. The chargesheet in FIR No. 19/2026 under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was filed before the Judicial Magistrate First Class against Mohd Yaseen Rather, son of Nisar Ahmad Rather, a resident of Kripalpora Payeen, Pattan, an official statement said.
