Bandipora, April 2 -- Continuing its drive against drug trafficking, Bandipora Police achieved a significant success during naka checking at Sumlar. During the naka, a suspicious person coming from Surinder towards Sumlar attempted to flee from the spot. Acting swiftly, the alert police party apprehended the individual tactfully. Upon his personal search, approximately 1.5 kilograms of charas (powder-like substance) was recovered from his possession.
