Jammu, April 1 --  Delhi Capitals will be hoping that Auqib Nabi Dar's bowling ensures success in the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL). Their first game of the series is slated for Wednesday, April 1, against Lucknow Super Giants. 

The 2025 series proved to be a close call for Delhi. Finishing fifth in the standings with seven wins, they were just one point away from drawing level with the Mumbai Indians and qualifying for the Eliminator stage.

Aiming to improve this time, the franchise has secured several talents through the auction, such as David Miller. Auqib, however, could be the most significant deal of them all.
