Jammu May 4 (KNS), May 4 -- Jammu & Kashmir Chief Principal Census Officer (CPCO) Amit Sharma on Monday reviewed the preparedness for Census 2027 with all Principal Census Officers (PCOs), including Deputy Commissioners and Municipal Commissioners, and directed them to ensure timely completion of training, formation of House Listing Blocks (HLBs), and robust publicity campaigns across the Union Territory.

During the meeting, Sharma took stock of key aspects such as appointment and registration of Enumerators and Supervisors, training of field functionaries, HLB formation, self-enumeration provisions, and administrative readiness.
