Jammu, July 25 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, July 25 (KNS): The annual Shri Amarnathji Yatra will proceed via the Baltal Axis, while the Pahalgam Axis has been temporarily suspended for urgent repair and maintenance work following recent rains. Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, said the decision to carry out restoration work on the Pahalgam route was necessitated by weather-induced damage. "The Yatra shall continue through the Baltal Axis for which adequate arrangements have been put in place to ensure smooth and safe pilgrimage," he said.
