Srinagar, May 8 -- Apni Party president Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari on Friday visited the residence of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Imtiyaz Hussain Mir to offer his condolences on the demise of the officer's father.

Describing the loss as "deeply painful", Altaf Bukhari said the deceased was a noble and respected soul whose passing has left a void not just for the bereaved family but for all who knew him.

Bukhari expressed heartfelt solidarity with the family during this difficult time and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.
