Srinagar, May 12 -- Apni Party chief, Altaf Bukhari expressed grief over the death of a 12-year-old boy in a fire incident at a Dar-ul-Uloom in Mattan area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district and prayed for the recovery of the injured children.

In a post on X, Bukhari said he was "deeply saddened" to hear that the boy lost his life while three others sustained burn injuries in the overnight fire incident.

Calling it a "heartbreaking tragedy", he extended condolences to the family of the deceased child and prayed for strength for them to bear the loss.
