Jammu, Sept. 28 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 28 (KNS): Apni Party president Altaf Bukhari on Monday expressed grief over the deaths of five people, including a nine-month-old baby girl, in a road accident at Semari in Karnah area of north Kashmir's Kupwara district. In a post on X, Bukhari described the incident as a "heartbreaking tragedy" and conveyed solidarity with the bereaved families.
